The Share Group utility allows you to share the country and product group created by you with other users. This feature is useful when you work as a team and need to extract data for the same set of country and product groups.
Using the Share Groups utility
You can open the share groups utility by choosing
Share Groups in the Utilities menu.
In this screen you can either share one or more country group's or product group. The default screen shows the screen to share country groups, you can click on the Product Groups tab to share product group.
The procedure to share the country group's and product groups is the same. You need to know the email address of the person with whom you want to share the group. Please note you can share with only one person at a time.
To share one or more country or product group perform the following steps.
- Enter the email address of the person with whom you want to share the group(s)
- Check the group name(s) you want to share. If you want to share all click on the checkbox on the header column
- Click on the Share button
